Its called money, paying off the right people, Having the Police be afraid to do anything because you are a Celebrity. Sometimes the Media gets a hold of things and for some reason it does not come out until years later when someone is dead. Sometimes celebrities stay out of jail because the prosecutors are just morons. And the person does not have to be a celebrity to get away with it either. How does a serial killer get on a game show? Though he guy never killed anyone from the show he is labeled as the Dating Game Killer.
